MUMBAI: As Hisar-based steel products maker Vibhor Steel Tubes listed on the bourses on Tuesday, investors in its IPO saw their investments jump nearly three times. Compared to its IPO price of Rs 151 per share, the stock listed at Rs 421 and closed the session at Rs 442 – a gain of 191%, making Vibhor Steel one of the companies with the biggest listing day gains ever.It remains behind Sigachi Industries which in Nov 2021 closed its first day of trading at Rs 604 – a 270% gain over its issue price of Rs 163, data from IPO tracking website Chittorgarh showed. The issue was open from Feb 13 to Feb 15 and was subscribed 320 times.
