LONDON: British energy major Shell on Thursday said net profit dropped 15.5 percent to $7.4 billion in the first quarter from a year earlier, hit partly by lower revenues from natural gas.
The London-listed giant added in a statement that group turnover slid 16 percent to $74.7 billion in the quarter.
